The firm
Vortex Infra is the trading name of Vortex Tecnologia e Processamento Ltda., founded in 2016 in São Paulo. The founder is technically responsible for every job and assembles the team per project from partner consultants. The structure is lean and cost follows scope.

Founder & Principal Engineer
Civil engineer, Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo; master's in Environmental Health; doctoral candidate at the University of São Paulo School of Public Health. PMP certified since 2015; MBA in Data Science and Analytics (ESALQ/USP) and MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Has worked in transport infrastructure since 2007, on highway, railway, metro, light-rail, BRT and logistics-terminal projects in Brazil, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Libya and Argentina. Author at DesvenDados and developer of the Causa Mortis dashboard.
Partner network
Consultants the founder has worked with on previous projects, each with their own firm, engaged according to scope. Specialities:
- railway geometry and permanent way, with BIM modelling for transport infrastructure;
- road geometry and earthworks, with Civil 3D automation;
- concession contract management and stakeholder integration;
